  Place your item in its original designer packaging, including all diamond certificates, appraisals, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.

  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns are fully insured during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
